My name is Gilbert Todd, and I’m running for Mayor of my hometown, Zebulon, North Carolina. My family’s roots in Zebulon span generations, and my wife and I are raising our four children in the same community in which I was raised.

Thank you for visiting my campaign page. I am extremely grateful to have a team behind me helping me to seek this elected office. To be clear, running for Mayor was an office I never aspired to, but one I’ve been inspired to pursue. There was a time I would have never conceived of joining the political arena, but I have seen first-hand that our current leadership isn’t holding the public’s interests above their own.

With almost 20 years in local government, and as an Air Force veteran and a pastor, I am running to restore truth and transparency. I believe embodying 'The Town of Friendly People' starts with open, honest, and accountable leadership, and I am ready to provide it.
